Dostawa i montaż wyposażenia meblowego do obiektu (żłobka) realizowanego przy ul. Krapkowickiej 12e w Opolu (działka nr 2027; obręb 0128 Szczepanowice). Zamawiający na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania zamieszcza w formie plików do pobrania szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis techniczny wyposażenia, rzuty z wyposażeniem oraz wzór umowy. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówienia, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 8 Prawa. Zgodnie z art. 257 pkt 1 Prawa Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. Skróty używane w treści ogłoszenia: Prawo - ustawa Prawo zamówień publicznych; SWZ - specyfikacja warunków zamówienia. Klauzula informacyjna dot. przetwarzania danych osobowych w SWZ dostępna na platformie zakupowej Logintrade pod pod adresem prowadzonego postępowania.
