VE 03 Abbrucharbeiten Kurze Beschreibung: Das Bestandsgebäude (Typenbau SK Berlin, aus den 80er Jahren) wird saniert und durch einen kleinen Erweiterungsbau ergänzt. Das Bestandsgebäude bestehend aus fünf oberirdischen Geschossen in Stahlbetonbauweise und wird über zwei, nahe den Gie¬bel¬wän¬den be¬find¬li¬chen, Trep¬pen¬häu¬ser er¬schlos¬sen. Im Übergang vom Bestand zum Neubau wird ein Aufzug errichtet. Die BGF beträgt insgesamt ca. 3.500 m2. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Abbrucharbeiten im Innen-, Dach- und Fassadenbereich, einschl. der Entsorgung der gefährlichen und nicht gefährlichen Abbruchmaterialien.
