The framework agreement shall ensure the Regulation Authority for Energy (RME) access to consultancy services in connection with inspections and control of participants in the power industry and involved parties. The framework agreement will primarily be used for inspections and controls of the schemes for electricity subsidy and the Norgespris. The framework agreement is not limited to these schemes and it will also be able to cover similar assignments within concurrent thematics, including inspections and controls that are within RME ́s authority. The framework agreement can also include minor assignments where the contractor provides RME assistance with the execution of individual assignments within similar inspection and control processes, for example assistance with data acquisition, data review and analyses. The agreement period for the framework agreement is two years, with an possibility for an extension on verbatim terms for 1+1 year, so that the maximum duration of the agreement period is four years from signing of the contract.
