Ireland – Technical computer support services – Merchants Quay Ireland MQI Unit4 ERP Implementation and Managed Support

Merchants Quay Ireland (MQI) invites tenders for the provision of Unit4 ERP Implementation Services. MQI is seeking to appoint a single supplier to a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the implementation and support of the Unit4 ERP SaaS finance solution. Services include solution configuration, integration configuration, data migration, testing, training and knowledge transfer, cutover planning, go-live support, hypercare and ongoing managed support services. The Framework Agreement will also facilitate the provision of future support, enhancement, optimisation and related professional services through Call-Off Contracts during the framework term. The procurement is intended to support the deployment of a standard, configuration-led Unit4 ERP solution using recognised implementation methodologies and standard product functionality wherever possible
