Norway – Construction work – Ivar Reitens road - shared housing - turnkey contract

Trondheim municipality shall construct a new shared housing housing facility for 7 residents with a need for assistance on Ivar Reiten ́s road. The flats are connected to administrative areas, as well as areas for treatment and recreation. The building will function as both a residence and day centre for the residents. The house has concrete as supporting construction and in flat dividers. The facades shall be constructed from brick and wood. The total area is approx. 1300 m2 (gross). A zoning process is ongoing and the development plan is expected to be approved by the city council in autumn 2026.
