Midtre Namdal Avfallsselskap IKS (later referred to as MNA) invites interested tenderers to submit tenders for the engineering design of a preliminary project and prepare tender documentation for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new waste facility in skage industrial area in Overhalla municipality. MNA currently has its main facility for a waste disposal facility at Sandmoen in Overhalla municipality. The administration is located in Barlia in the same municipality. Retura-NT AS and ReTrans AS (department Namsos) are currently located in joint premises at Spillum in Namsos. MNA shall now construct a new main facility at Skage industrial area in Overhalla municipality, where all the above mentioned functions will be collected in the same area. This procurement is for the preparation of a preliminary project and the tender documentation for a turnkey contract in two phases, a preliminary project in phase 1 and the tender documentation for a turnkey contract in phase 2. It is open for tenderers to participate together with the turnkey contractor in the next phase. This means that this procurement shall be completed by submitting the tender documentation.
