Die Fassade besteht aus Bruchsteinmauerwerk. Im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes befinden sich die Heizungsanlage und diverse Lagerräume, im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Obergeschoss sind die Klassenräume zu finden.
