Nachfolgend beschriebene Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen die für die 'Sanierung des Quartiers am Neuen Rathaus, Bamberg' notwendigen Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten im Vorfeld der Hauptbaumaßnahme. Hinsichtlich der Baustelleneinrichtung und dem Bauablauf ist zu beachten, dass zeitgleich noch in Teilbereichen des Gesamtkomplexes Verwaltungsnutzung stattfindet. Hier ist hinsichtlich des Bauablaufes eine enge Koordinierung mit der Bauleitung notwendig. Weiterhin erfolgen die Arbeiten abschnitts- bzw. geschossweise.
