Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Haus 3 (Baujahr 1912, Bruttogrundfläche ca. 12.000 m², BRI ca. 43.900 m³), welches bis vor Kurzem durchgehend als Bettenhaus genutzt wurde, wird in 75 Wohnungen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH umgebaut. Das Gebäude hat ein UG, ein EG, drei OGs und ein DG. Der westliche, eingeschoßige Anbau (Haus 3b) und der östliche, zweigeschossige Verbindungsbau (Haus 3a) wurden nachträglich errichtet (Bauzeit ca. 1961-1967) und sind nicht Bestandteil des Denkmalschutzes. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags sind Sanierung historische Fenster und Türen. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1.
