Sweden – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Mask Aligner

Linkoping University (LiU) is procuring a Mask aligner for photo-patterning of thin coatings to the clean room facility of Täppan at the Institute of Science & Technology (ITN) on campus Norrköping. In this system, the pattern on a glass mask is transferred to the underlying metal and/or polymer layer by exposing the photosensitive material to light.
